Phase 1

The goal is to have an out-of-box solution implemented quickly with minimal customizations so that your users can review the data and finalize their detailed requirements.

• Understand your high-level requirements
• Install and configure OBIA software including the database, OBIEE, Informatica and DAC
• Perform basic configuration of the .csv files based on your implementation
• Set up and execute the Informatica jobs through DAC
• Make data available to business users for review

Phase 1 can take anywhere between 8 and 12 weeks.

Phase 2

• The goal is to identify detailed requirements with the help of the users and implement the solution.
• Conduct JAD sessions to identify gaps in the out-of-box solution
• Prioritize requirements that come out of the JAD sessions
• Build a detailed project plan including deliverables, resources, and costs
• Project delivery
