NICKELL CHERUKU

Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Nickell Cheruku

Nickell Cheruku formed Principle Info-Tech in 2009 as a privately funded company. His express purpose was to develop and support software that would simplify the complex task of managing SAP software changes and project developments. He was the original developer of Principle Info-Tech's flagship product, Luxon and the key concept designer behind it.

Prior to founding Principle Info-Tech, Nickell honed his own programming knowledge and leadership skills as a programming team leader. During this time he acquired great skill with SAP ABAP/4. He has worked with SAP applications of all types since 1997 and developed a deep understanding of SAP change control requirements. He also studied market needs as they related to SAP change management software requirements. He realized that, as dependence grew on SAP-based solutions to keep information flowing and accessible, the need for a tightly integrated change management technology would grow rapidly.


JEREMY HOFFMAN

Vice President of Operations
Jeremy Hoffman

With over twenty years of proven experience in Program, Project and Operational Management, Jeremy Hoffman provides a unique blend of leadership, vision, and knowledge. His broad based functional background with his proven ability to maximize organizational effectiveness and his experience in launching new strategic initiatives while providing strong guidance and leadership, contributes to his role as the Vice President of Operations at Principle Info-Tech.

Jeremy has held executive leadership roles in many organizations such as General Dynamics Information Technologies and Rapid Jack Solutions. He demonstrated his ability to oversee, manage and improve project operations of numerous multi-million-dollar programs that included the Air Force, Army, United States Marine Corp and Physical Security Global Operations.

Jeremy joined Principle Info-Tech in February 2018 to lead the effort in launching Principle Info-Tech’s Engineering and Construction Division. Coupling these abilities with Principle’s long-standing experience in the Information Technology arena has made Principle Info-Tech a well-rounded Government solutions service provider.

In addition to his role as the Vice President of Operations, he also sets on the board for the You Can Foundation which is a non-profit organization that provides financial, educational, inspirational and motivational assistance to underprivileged teenagers and young adults that live or have lived their childhood life outside of the traditional structures of a mother and/or father lead household. Jeremy is also an active member at Life Church and enjoys spending time with his wife Heidi and his three daughters, Jami, Hayli, Hannah and granddaughter Gracelyn.


Jeff Hicks

Director of IT Solutions
Jeff Hicks

With more than 20 years of successful experience in professional sales and marketing with the ability to develop new business consistently. His ability to illustrate organizations value and established relationships with C Level and Director level in organizations of IT brings success. He can work well as an independent producer or team member to achieve company and personal sales objectives. With 12 years' experience in SAP he has developed a deep aptitude of SAP Service sales in development and implementation solutions. With a good understanding of the development lifecycle and resource allocations has allowed him gather precise requirements to produce project proposals and meet requirement goals. He has established relationship with direct clients and relationships with all levels of SAP channel. This includes the SAP - Office of the CFO, Analytics VP’s, SAP Services VP’s and all the AE’s and CP’s in certain regions

Jeff joined Principle Info-Tech in February 2018 to lead the effort in launching Principle Info-Tech’s SAP and Microsoft development divisions. Bringing these additions has opened more opportunities in the SAP financial services in which the company was founded.

The outside interests of Jeff include playing golf, volunteering, following and attending sporting events around Texas Longhorns and Houston Astros. He only has one child and it is a 90-pound boxer named Marley.


Mario Barron

Director of Federal Practice
Mario Barron

Mario Barron is a veteran of the United States Air Force with over twenty-one years of service as a Security Forces member with security expertise, and over eight years of experience as a specialized project and program manager. He is self-motivated and a proven leader with skills supporting national and international large-scale security operations. During the later-half of his military career, he proficiently designed strategic action plans, drafted policies and procedures, and oversaw execution to meet U.S. Air Force and Department of Defense directives. In addition, he provided program execution of physical security requirements to meet operational needs for 36K Air Force Security Forces personnel. Simultaneously, he managed headquarters level Information, Personnel, and Industrial Security Programs for 500+ military, civilian, contractor personnel and provided Industrial Security program management of $15M in classified contracts annually for 15 contracting agencies.

Mr. Barron joined Principle Information and Technology Company in late 2018, providing vision and direction in the areas of force protection, antiterrorism, counterterrorism, personnel, information, and industrial security programs. He is the subject matter expert when it comes to the National Industrial Security Program and ensures compliance with policy and procedures as directed by the Department of Defense. As the Director of Federal Practice and Facility Security Officer, he overseas classified contracts and provides background investigation checks for all personnel under his direction. Mr. Barron took a key role in ensuring Principle Information Technology Company the ability to conduct work on classified contracts with the government. His knowledge, experience, and expertise will continue to serve as a vital component to ensure company growth and development now and in the future.


My Nguyen

Chief Technology Officer
My Nguyen

With over seven years of experience as a Delivery and Program Manager in IT Financial, My Nguyen provides project management and implementation for multi-regional / local business agreements to pre-approved budgets as established for the identified client portfolio; monitor scope creep, contract renewal dates and financial triggers. She has extensive management experience includes business needs assessment, software development and IT deployment in core technologies such as SAP, Microsoft platforms, SharePoint etc. My Nguyen demonstrated ability to gain customers trust and provide exceptional follow-up, leading to increased business. She held on experience in service delivery, planning, scheduling and execution of projects; optimizing existing processes, setting up of new processes, implementation, and documentation.

My Nguyen joined Principle Info-Tech in October 2014 to lead the effort in launching Principle Info-Tech’s IT and Financial Division. She contributed to implement e-commerce / e-business programs on majority of assignments, involving complex enterprise architecture, large user base and global company footprint. She has good understanding and experience in SDLC methodologies and UML modeling, rich experience with Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodology and Kanban, Six Sigma.


Ryan Odegaard

Compliance/Proposal Manager
Ryan Odegaard

As a seasoned Compliance and Proposal Manager, Ryan Odegaard has over fifteen years of experience within the engineering, construction, and environmental industries. Ryan has extensive knowledge and understanding of the federal procurement process and has worked with several United States service branches such as Army, Air Force, and Navy as well as various government agencies such as the Department of State, Veteran Affairs, Foreign Agencies along with local City and State Government entities.

Mr. Odegaard’s career has been focused on working with small businesses to improve their contracting abilities through the authoring of federal government contract proposals where he effectively and consistently delivered brand recognized submittals and capability statements. Throughout his profession as a Senior Proposal Manager, Ryan has managed proposal teams responsible for winning numerous multi-million-dollar construction and engineering contracts valuing more than $400 million dollars.

Joining the Principle Info-Tech Team in early 2018, Ryan has help support the effort in launching Principle’s Engineering and Construction Division. Through capture and proposal of federal contracting opportunities, Ryan has leveraged his abilities to deliver the Principle Info-Tech brand. While taking on more responsibilities in his role, he has started providing leadership as a project manager for ongoing active projects.
